Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in ovenproof skillet over high heat. Put in pork chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Move to plate.

Pour in the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil to pan. Put in onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until softened, 3-4 minutes. Put in orange juice and continue cooking until most of liquid is evaporated, 2-3 minutes. Put in in barbecue sauce, stir.

Place pork chops back into the pan, flipping to coat with sauce.

Move pan to oven and bake until pork chops are cooked (internal temperature of 145 F), about 7-8 minutes.

Serve pork chops topped with sauce.
